Somewhere to document this craziness! My name is Sophie, I'm currently backpacking my way through my own life (and Australia) hoping to see new things, meet new people and grow a little bit.
This isn't going to be one of those "Oh isn't it great that I'm brave enough to travel on my own?" blogs, to be honest those really get on my tits. It's just my view on the world, hopefully with a bit of fun and laughter along the way. I've always been the kind of girl that is far more likely to get caught skinny dipping after about 50 jager-bombs screaming in a language that's not my own that documenting everything in the aquarium and increasing my knowledge of single cell organisms.
But after all isn't that what travel is about? Exploring the unknown, whether that be a place or yourself? I live my life by the phrase "in 50 years time, it's the things you don't do that you'll regret." So that's what I'm going to live my life by.
I've packed up a massive suitcase, I somehow found a bikini that fit my boobs, I terrified myself by reading up on all the possible things that could kill me, and I left a perfectly good boy behind to go on this adventure. So let's see what happens.
